How to Redeem a Voucher

If you’ve received a voucher or promo code, you can redeem it directly in your shopping cart. Start by filling your cart with your favorite teas and accessories.

Once your cart is ready, click on Customer Login at the top right of the page:

Log in to your existing account or create a new one.

After logging in, return to your shopping cart:

In the lower right section of the cart, just below the CHECKOUT button, you’ll find the field to enter your voucher code:

Enter your code and click the Redeem button:

The voucher amount will now be deducted from your order total:

You can now proceed to CHECKOUT and complete your order. Any remaining balance from a gift voucher will stay in your account and can be used with your next purchase. Promotional discount codes, however, are always applied in full.

Validity and Redemption Guidelines

Cash payouts – even partial – are not possible. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within their stated validity period and cannot be applied retroactively.
