Every qualifying product you purchase adds points to your account, clearly displayed on the product pages. On special occasions, selected teas may be honored with increased bonus point values. You also receive points for registering, for sharing recommendations, and for providing product reviews.How are the bonus points calculated?
Your bonus points follow a finely graded scale based on your purchase value:$0.00–24.99: no bonus points
$25.00–49.99: 25 points (1%)
$50.00–74.99: 100 points (2%)
$75.00–99.99: 225 points (3%)
$100.00–124.99: 400 points (4%)
$125.00–149.99: 625 points (5%)
$150.00–174.99: 900 points (6%)
$175.00–199.99: 1225 points (7%)
$200.00–224.99: 1600 points (8%)
$225.00–249.99: 2025 points (9%)
$250.00 and above: 2500 points (10%)
How do I redeem bonus points?
When placing a new order, you may apply your accumulated bonus points directly in the shopping cart. Once selected, the points are marked for redemption and clearly shown on the order confirmation page. Please note that retroactive redemption for past orders is not possible. Your points remain valid as long as a new order is placed within 180 days.Do bonus points expire?
Bonus points only expire if no purchase is made within 180 days. Just one point from a new order is enough to keep the cycle going. Your account overview always displays the current balance of your points.Can bonus points be paid out?
Bonus points are a silent gesture of thanks – they are not designed as currency. They cannot be paid out or transferred to others.What is a referral code, and where do I find it?
While logged in, you can find your personal referral code under Account > Your Bonus Program. You’re welcome to share this code with friends or acquaintances, whether they’re new or existing customers. If they enter your code at checkout, you receive a portion of bonus points in return.Are there limits to redeeming points?
The minimum and maximum values for point redemption will be displayed in the cart once you choose to apply them.What happens if I return an item?
Returned items will result in the corresponding points being removed. If the entire order is canceled, the associated points are canceled as well.Where can I check my point balance?
