Shipping Information

All orders are shipped reliably with DHL. Within Germany, delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is also possible upon request. Please be sure to use the official PACKSTATION FINDER when entering your shipping address. Otherwise, dispatch may be delayed by up to two business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to DHL shipment tracking. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Shipping Regions & Rates

We ship to the countries listed below as standard. The applicable shipping rates and thresholds for free shipping are outlined in the overview below. If you wish to place an order to a country not listed, please email us at info@japanteashop.com with the item name, quantity, and complete shipping address including the country and ZIP code. We will promptly check availability and inform you of the shipping costs.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or bank transfer fees may apply. These are not covered by us and must be borne by the customer. For further information, please refer to:

Returns

If a package is returned to us for reasons beyond our control, we charge a return fee of €4.95 for shipments within Germany. For other countries, different rates may apply. If you wish to have the order resent, we charge a flat fee of €9.90 for reshipping, regardless of order value.
