The Minami Sayaka leaves impress with a light floral fragrance and an intense green nuance that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. The Oku Midori leaves have a delicate and soft base note, which is accompanied by an elegant, subtle sweetness. The tea gets its deep, full body from the Oku Yutaka bush variety, a special Tennen Gyokuro variety.
