Our matcha combines the uniqueness of Japanese tea art with the power of an extraordinary plant world. The tea leaves for this outstanding product are selected with the utmost care. The shaded leaves of the Minami Sayaka, Yabukita and Oku Yutaka varieties in particular give this matcha its incomparable intensity and freshness. The unshaded Oku Midori variety complements the composition and completes the taste experience.
In contrast to conventionally ground tea, this high-quality powder is gently ground on a ceramic mill. The resulting bright green matcha is characterized by its fine texture and rich taste. It is ideal not only for classic preparation with warm water, but also as an invigorating ingredient for cool summer drinks. Prepare a refreshing milkshake or simply mix the matcha into cold water - the result will impress you.
Packaging and preparation
Available in a practical 50 gram pack, just a small amount is enough to unleash the intense taste and vibrant color. For optimum results, we recommend using 1 to 2 grams per 300 ml of liquid. The water temperature should not exceed 80°C to ensure the full aroma.
