Only the finest, shade-grown tea leaves are used here. This selection results in a matcha of remarkable quality, which is characterized by its fruity aroma and harmoniously complemented by an elegant umami. The bright green color of Kirishima Matcha Nomikoto gives this tea a unique visual presence that is in harmony with its aromatic depth. Traditionally, you enjoy this matcha whipped with a chasen or matcha whisk to fully develop its flavor nuances.
Recommended preparation
To experience the full spectrum of flavor and color, take 1-2 grams of the matcha powder and mix it with 300ml of water heated to a maximum of 80°C (176°F).
