Mizudashi

Mizudashi, sometimes also referred to as Mizudashicha, means “cold water tea” in Japanese. Teas in this category are particularly suitable for preparation with cold water as iced tea and are the perfect refreshment on hot days. Mizudashi is also ideal for use in cocktails or mixed drinks, for example.

By the way, all Mizudashi teas can also be prepared hot ;-)
