Tokujou Sencha: a treat in a class of its own
Experience an exquisite tea variety with our first harvest Tokujou Sencha, which impresses with its soft, light leaves. These leaves are expertly selected through a careful airflow process to ensure the highest quality. Our Tokujou-Sencha combines the fine shrub varieties Okumidori, Minami Sayaka and Yabukita, which together form a harmonious composition with an elegant taste nuance.
This tea is a true all-rounder. Steep the leaves in cold water for a refreshing green infusion that is ideal for the first hot days of summer. Alternatively, Tokujou Sencha unfolds its full-bodied and sweet character in warm water, which enriches every tea time.
Perfectly portioned for your enjoyment, our set contains 100 pyramid bags, each with 5 grams of high-quality tea for a total quantity of 500 grams. Preparation is very simple: one pyramid bag per 500 ml of water at a temperature of 70°C or as a cold version. Enjoy the art of tea brewing with a brewing time of 2-3 minutes with warm water or 3-4 minutes with the cold preparation. Our tea also impresses with its consistency - leave the bag in the cold infusion as it does not become bitter.
