Suikyo Mizucha: A refreshing experience of a special kind
The Suikyo Mizucha embodies the art of tea making at the highest level, offering the lightness and unique taste of the finest tea leaves. These leaves are obtained through an innovative process in which a stream of air separates the delicate, light leaves from the heavier ones. The result is a tea that is ideal for brewing with cold water and requires a steeping time of just one to two minutes.
During the steaming process, a crucial step in Sencha production, the steam penetrates particularly deeply into the delicate leaves. As a result, even a short steeping time is sufficient to develop a full-bodied taste, even with cold water. Suikyo Mizucha is therefore not only an ideal companion for hot summer days, but also the perfect travel companion.
The packaging in practical 5 g pyramid bags makes it easy to prepare on the go - without the need for a teapot. Its taste is characterized by a subtle sweetness and freshness that make every sip a special experience.
