In the Hayashi family's lush tea gardens, which cover around 8 hectares, various exquisite shrub varieties such as Yabukita, Sayama Kaori, Asatsuyu and Zairaishu thrive under the guidance of father and son.
The Marimo Sencha, a harmonious composition of a high proportion of Yabukita and Zairaishu, is characterized by a mild, balanced taste. Its emerald green cup color, which is achieved through a slightly longer steaming process, offers a truly beguiling experience for the senses.
