Kuri is a true ambassador of Japanese tea culture and the first tea from the renowned Kadota family to find its way to Europe. Each infusion of this fine tea invites you to experience a journey into the world of traditional tea cultivation, where time seems to stand still. The hand-picked tea leaves come from old tea bushes grown from seed, also known as Zairai. This original cultivation method gives Kuri its remarkable balance and smoothness.

The tea impresses with a clear, light yellow infusion that reveals its gentle character. To discover the complex aroma and exquisite taste in its full splendor, an infusion temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius is recommended. In contrast to other Japanese green teas, Kuri unfolds its unique flavor profile most beautifully when steeped for less than a minute and only dosed sparingly.
