Grinding in Diepholz provides a decisive advantage in terms of aroma retention and vitality, as matcha is extremely sensitive to oxygen and begins to oxidize as soon as it is exposed. Enjoy the Kagoshima Matcha with an optimal mixture of 1-2 grams per 300 ml of water, which should not be heated above 80°C in order to develop the full aroma spectrum.
