Kabuse No. 2 - The essence of Japanese tea culture
Kabuse No. 2 is far more than just a tea. It embodies the rich tradition and artful craftsmanship of Japanese tea cultivation. This exquisite Kabusecha comes from the careful June harvest, which is prepared by masterfully shading the tea plants for two weeks. This special cultivation method ensures that the leaves develop a lively effervescence and a deep, harmonious aroma - a delight for connoisseurs and aficionados alike.
In the cup, Kabuse No. 2 is a fascinating green that reveals its fresh and fragrant nature. The taste is mild yet complex, with just the right balance between tart and sweet. This blend makes it a favorite companion for quiet, meditative moments or inspiring conversations among friends.
