Optimal freshness thanks to local processing
The matcha teas are freshly ground exclusively at KEIKO's Diepholz site. This provides a significant advantage in terms of freshness, as matcha is extremely sensitive to oxidative influences. As soon as the fine powder comes into contact with oxygen, the slow process of oxidation begins. The local production enables an incomparable freshness that preserves the full aroma.
