After harvesting, the matcha is freshly ground at the company's Diepholz site. The special method of on-site grinding serves as a significant advantage in the eternal race against time and oxidation, as it preserves the tea's precious aroma and flavor diversity.
Each
box contains 30 grams of this exclusive matcha, which is ideal in its intensity of 1-2 grams per 300 ml of hot water, with a maximum temperature of 80°C (176°F).
Certification and origin
