Under a complete cover of black nets, the tea bushes thrive in an environment that meets the highest standards of sustainable cultivation. This care continues during the harvest, which is carried out exclusively by hand and with the utmost precision.
After harvesting, the leaves are processed into fine tencha before being ground into the finest matcha on traditional stone mills. Product details and availability
The organic Matcha RYUU is offered in elegant wooden packaging and is EU-certified organic. Each package contains 30 grams of this fine matcha. The recommended preparation requires 1 to 2 grams of powder to 120 ml of water, with a maximum temperature of 80°C, whereby a temperature of 65°C is recommended to develop the full aroma.
