This natural cultivation method gives Bancha its special character, which impresses with its reduced caffeine content. Recommendations for preparation

The gentle elegance of bancha unfolds when prepared with 1 to 2 teaspoons per 200 milliliters of water. Make sure to cool the water to a temperature of between 55 and 75 degrees Celsius to get the full flavor. The first infusion only needs 50 seconds to infuse, while subsequent infusions only need 10 seconds.
